The Precision Agriculture task required designing and fabricating the entire drone structure from scratch & demonstrating a complete autonomous drone ecosystem capable of :
• Autonomously scanning a 2-acre field
• Precisely geotagging yellow leaves (crop stress detection)
• Targeted pesticide spraying only on identified regions
• Executing the complete mission using two drones working collaboratively
• Completing everything within 20 minutes
Through continuous iterations, testing, and on-field validation, we built & integrated the entire system with dual decision spray system, implementing end-to-end autonomy algorithms to successfully detect & plan the mission, earning this national recognition.
