OpenDay 2026, held on April 10th and 11th, was a vibrant display of the incredible work happening in our lab. The event brought together faculty, researchers, and students in an inspiring two-day celebration of technology and innovation.
We were honored to have our instituteβs Director, Dr. Prem Lal Patel, inaugurate the event, along with professors and Ph.D. scholars from various departments on the day one. The following day, we welcomed students of VNIT, who enthusiastically engaged with the wide range of projects on display.
From cutting-edge robotics to impactful AI/ML applications, hereβs what we showcased:

The event received overwhelming appreciation from faculty members, who praised Dr. Shital Chiddarwar, Ph.D. and the entire team for their vision and execution. Also grateful to Ajinkya Kamat and Manish Maurya for their constant guidance and support throughout.
